Herbie Hancock
Herbie Hancock performed this past Tuesday (May 29, 2007) at The Paramount Theater. WOW!!! 4 great musicians playing great music!!! Enough said. Pick up his latest album “Possibilities” which includes calaborations with Christina Aguilera and John Mayer. It’s outstanding!!!

Memorial Day Weekend – New York City
I had a great Memorial Day weekend with my good friend, Maran, in New York City. On Saturday evening, we had a wonderful dinner at The Gramercy Tavern which followed my first broadway show, Monty Python’s “Spamalot” (based on “The Holy Grail” and other Monty Python classics). Above is a photograph of Maran and me at the New York Yankee/Anaheim Angels game on Saturday. A special thanks to the nice young lady in the stands that volunteered to take our pic.

Mother’s Day
John (my brother) and Myriah had us over for a brunch on Mother’s Day. We had the chance to spend time with family, including our little niece, Caryn. This is a photograph of Caryn and her daddy goofin’ around.

Lily Tomlin
Lily Tomlin performed tonight at The Paramount Theater to a sold out crowd and impressed all in attendance. We had a nice time with Ms. Tomlin and her manager backstage……very laid back and a lot of fun!! I didn’t fail to mention that I used to watch her on Sesame Street when I was a kid. She is extremely talented and is a true gift to comedy. Ms. Tomlin is performing at the theater tomorrow night as well, so come out if you have the chance.
