Cameron and Chris

Location: The Greenbrier, White Sulphur Springs, WV

It was so exciting to capture Cameron and Chris’ wedding day at the Greenbrier!  I had the opportunity to meet Cameron and her mother a few weeks before the big day for a portrait session.  During this shoot, Cameron said that for as long as she could remember she was excited to get married at the Greenbrier.  And, on this great summer day, the time had arrived!  You could not have asked for a more perfect day for an outdoor ceremony at such a beautiful setting.

Dakota’s First Birthday

I was honored to receive an invitation to Dakota’s first birthday party.  Dakota’s mom and dad are very good friends and it was so much fun to see them and party the night away with Dakota!

…..patiently waiting for cake……but not for long!!

When you are one year old, it’s tough to stay up all night with the “big kids.”  The guest of honor departed at 9pm.

Marri and Michael - Engagement Session

Location:  West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, Lewisburg, WV 
Private Family Farm, White Sulphur Springs, WV

 

I was honored to shoot engagement pictures for Marri and Michael just before the holidays this fall.  Not too many years ago, I shot Marri’s high school senior pictures at Litchfield Beach, South Carolina!  We started the day at WVSOM, where Marri and Michael met, and then moved to Michael’s family’s farm in White Sulphur Springs, WV.  Here the rivalary between their undergraduate schools, Notre Dame and WVU respectfully, came out in full force, although the picture at the end seems tame in regard to school rivalary :)

Heather and Jim

Location: Veritas Vineyards

I had the pleasure of photographing Heather and Jim’s beautiful outdoor wedding at Veritas Vineyards.  It was a greatday for a wedding , which was only accentuated with the vineyards and mountains as the perfect setting.  Thank you, Heather and Jim, for welcoming us to capture your day.

A Wedding in the Mountains

We had the opportunity to photograph a wedding for a wonderful couple this fall.  This wedding was under non-disclosure, but our clients were gracious, allowing us a few silhouettes on our blog to show off!  Though I can’t mention their names, I do want to publicly thank them.  I had such a wonderful experience capturing their wedding weekend.
